About the job
Location: Ha Noi, Viet Nam
Salary: Negotiation
Working hours: 5 days/week - 7 hours/day, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
What you will do
- Take responsibility from the ideation, wireframing, and prototyping stages to detailed design for software products (web, mobile apps).
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure alignment between design, functionality, and user experience.
- Conduct user behavior research, analyze insights, and propose optimized design solutions.
- Propose, build, and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Optimize designs, improve aesthetics, and enhance user experience based on feedback and real-world data.
What you will need
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for web/app projects.
- A portfolio or real-world design products showcasing design thinking and workflow.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (or equivalent tools).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and the ability to optimize user experience.
- Experience in mobile-first and responsive design.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills to clearly convey ideas to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile environments is a plus.
